Your Spring 2024 registration form has been submitted. We are so glad to have you joining us!

To confirm your registration, please complete the following steps:


Step 1

Submit payment and proof of vaccination

New this season! We are offering a monthly payment plan option in order to make registration as accessible as possible.

Monthly Payment Plan

  • Option to pay for season tuition in 4 monthly installments of $125.

  • Initial payment of $125 due upon registration to secure your spot.

  • Subsequent payments will be due on the following dates:

    • March 1, 2024 - 2nd installment due

    • April 1, 2024 - 3rd installment due

    • May 1, 2024 - 4th installment due

  • You will receive an email reminder when it's time to make your next payment.

  • By agreeing to a monthly payment plan, members commit to pay full season tuition in 4 monthly installments.

Full Season Registration

  • Save $50 if you register for the full season with a one-time payment of $450.

  • Choosing this option helps us cover up front costs, deposits, etc. for the season - thank you!

Submitting Payment

  • Payments can be made via e-transfer to register@raincoastchoir.com

  • Transfers are set to auto-deposit and you should receive an email confirming receipt of payment.

  • You will receive an official welcome email with your section assignment and other resources shortly before the first rehearsal.

  • Please note, your registration is not confirmed until payment is made.

Proof of double vaccination is required to participate in the season.

  • Vaccine proof can be emailed to register@raincoastchoir.com ahead of time to avoid congestion and delay.

  • If you prefer, you can present your proof of vaccination at the first rehearsal.

  • If you have provided proof of vaccination during a previous season, you do not need to resubmit it.

Refund Policy

  • Members must withdraw from choir before Friday, March 1st to receive a refund for the season.

  • A $25 adminstrative fee will be deducted from the refund, as well as $25 for each week attended.

  • No refunds will be given for season tuition after the deadline.

  • No refunds will be provided for missed rehearsals. The registration fee is for participation in the full season.


Step 2

Get Ready to Sing!

Get a head start by familiarizing yourself with the songs.

  • We have created playlists of this season’s songs, which you can check out here:
    Spotify | YouTube

  • We recommend listening to these songs a bunch! This will help you get a feel for the melody (which provides great context for understanding and memorizing harmonies), the style, and energy of the songs.

  • Additional songs will be added as we finalize our repertoire.

  • You will receive practice tracks and lyrics shortly before the season starts to help you get a head start on some of the songs.

  • Singers are encouraged to learn their parts to the songs on their own to the best of their ability.
