Payment Preference

Please indicate how you would like to pay your season tuition. Payment instructions will follow after you submit your form.

I would like to pay monthly. I understand that by agreeing to a monthly payment plan, I commit to pay the full season tuition, in 4 monthly payments of $130.00.

I prefer to pay for the full season with a one-time payment of $475.00.
